Since the Colorado first appeared as a revamped model last year, it's been earning constant praise from critics. It was named Cars.com's Best Pickup Truck of 2015 and Motor Trend's 2015 Truck of the Year. For the new model year, the 2016 Chevy Colorado in Phoenix continues to impress, offering buyers a few newly enhanced features that will make their car-buying experience more enjoyable. The driver information display has been improved to deliver top-notch usability and Chevrolet MyLink has been upgraded. The fresh system now offers Apple CarPlay capability, which allows drivers to easily utilize their smartphone's functions while in the vehicle.
A 2.5L and 3.6L will be the prime engine options on the 2016 Chevy Colorado in Phoenix. The 2.5L engine will output 200 horsepower and 191 lb.-ft. of torque, while the 3.6L will produce 305 horsepower and 269 lb.-ft. of torque. Each engine will come equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission; however, buyers can choose to equip extended cab 2WD WT models with a six-speed manual (only with the 2.5L engine). In addition to these options, a 2.8L Duramax diesel engine has also been added to the lineup.
