Meet my requirements

We took our vehicle in simply for a transmission flush. After a few hours, we received a call saying they wanted to do an update on the ECM and it would only be 30 more minutes. We agreed. We received a call back later stating we needed a brand new ECM and that they still had not done the transmission (even though it was said it was already done). And that they were going to charge us for the labor on the ECM and transmission and for new ECM. It very shady and unprofessional.
