I wish that they would have told me the service would take 4+ hours when I arrived with my vehicle. I had clearly noted id be waiting for the truck but the lack of communication about the time it would take to complete the service showed a clear lack of respect for my time.

Salesman was excellent, very courteous, polite, everyone i encountered were excellent in sales. I was more than happy with all the people encountered thank you all for your excellent support.

I will start by saying I have purchased and owned around two dozen vehicles in my life. Over 90% were of the Chevrolet Brand, we won’t count the two motorcycles and the little sports car I had as a young man. Most of the Chevy’s (17 to be exact) we have owned were purchased at Midway Chevrolet. This would include both for work and personal use. Every time it was a pleasure to do business with the Midway Chevrolet Brand. Exceptional people all the time. However, this time we shopped around for other brands only to return to Midway Chevrolet. We are incredibly happy with our purchase of the 2026 Traverse. Both my wife and I enjoy driving/riding in it. As far as the Midway Personnel, I will use the word “consistently”, because it falls in line with our past experience. Every step from the salesperson (Camilo A.) to the Finance Manager (Sam Yatim) was pleasant and professional experience. As to those behind the scenes that we did not get to meet I can with certainty, they did their job with equal effort. We are incredibly happy with both the vehicle and the service we received from Midway Chevrolet. Thank You 😊

It all started with a phone call to Z. He got my truck in right away and was communicative, professional, and friendly. The service was done quickly as well. I will definitely call Z if I have any other issues.
