What's New for the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer?
The Chevy Blazer does not change much in 2022, except it has a shortened trim lineup and does away with the former base engine to provide more value and power across the board. The Blazer continues to be an appealing midsize SUV in the 2022 model year, with an interior laden with creature comforts and conveniences and an exterior that turns heads no matter where you are going. The Blazer also has many standard safety aids, and its ride quality is consistently comfortable regardless of the terrain. All four trims offer plenty of standard items, and you can also enhance your Blazer with several packages.
2022 Blazer Trims & Features
There are four trims offered for the Chevy Blazer in 2022. The base trim is the 2LT, which has LED headlights and 18-inch alloys for its wheels. The interior is spacious and holds five people, with split-folding seats providing more space for cargo or people as needed. The sound system has six speakers for good sound quality, and it also includes satellite radio. On the tech front, the 2LT is equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. You have access to these features along with music and apps through the standard eight-inch touchscreen. A round of upgrades comes with the 3LT, which is second in the Blazer lineup for 2022. The 3LT has upgraded upholstery with leather seats. Its front seats are heated, and the side mirrors are also heated and power-operated. The 3LT adds a power liftgate for more convenient loading and unloading. It also has a more extensive list of safety aids. Third in line is the RS, which comes with 20-inch wheels and has special black exterior accents. A programmable liftgate is included, and you'll also get an enhanced infotainment screen that has navigation. A heated steering wheel and 120V power outlet are also included. You'll also get chrome accents, heated back seats, and ventilated front seats with the Premier.

2022 Chevy Blazer Horsepower
Two different engines are available for the Chevy Blazer in 2022. Powering all but the RS trim is a turbo 2.0L engine with four cylinders for a total power output of about 230 HP. The RS is driven by a V6 engine that has over 300 HP in maximum power. This engine is available on the other trim levels.
Chevy Blazer Safety
All Blazers come with the Chevy Assist Package, which contains lane departure warning, lane-keep assist, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking.
