Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission that delivers smooth shifting and impressive fuel economy. When properly equipped, the Suburban can tow up to 8,300 pounds. No matter which trim you choose, the all-new Chevrolet Suburban is sure to exceed your expectations.

2022 Chevrolet Suburban Horsepower

The 2022 Chevrolet Suburban will offer multiple choices for engines.

The first is a 5.3-liter V8 with 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft of torque.

The second is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-six with 420 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft of torque.

The third is a 6.2-liter V8 with 277 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft of torque.

The Suburban will have standard rear-wheel drive, but the four-wheel drive will be available as an option.
